Calling all young artists and musicians! Art Expressions invites you to explore the intersection of music and the arts. Let a piece of music from any current Trinity College London syllabus inspire your creativity, and express your interpretation through visual, written, or movement-based art.

The contest aims to promote music appreciation by fostering a deeper connection between music and other art forms. It encourages greater understanding and engagement with musical materials while providing young people with a platform to express themselves through creative work. The contest is designed to be a catalyst for meaningful project-based learning, empowering young people to explore different ideas, make decisions, and take pride in creating something of their own.

Submit your art by 30 June 2025 for a chance to be featured at the Bangkok Art & Culture Centre (BACC) during the Music Learning Fest from 31 July to 10 August 2025!

ขอเชิญชวนนักดนตรีและศิลปินรุ่นเยาว์ ร่วมส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมการประกวด Art Expressions: A Young Musician’s Creative Arts Contest โดยเลือกเพลงหนึ่งเพลงจากหลักสูตรปัจจุบันของ Trinity College London วิชาและเกรดใดก็ได้ เป็นแรงบันดาลใจในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะ ในรูปแบบภาพวาด งานเขียนศิลปะการแสดง การออกแบบ หรือศิลปะแขนงอื่น

กิจกรรมมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความสนใจ ความเข้าใจ และการเห็นคุณค่าของดนตรี ผ่านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ลึกซึ้งยิ่งขึ้นระหว่างดนตรีและศิลปะแขนงอื่น โดยสนับสนุนให้เยาวชนได้ใช้เวลาในการสัมผัส วิเคราะห์ ซึมซับ และดื่มด่ำกับเสียงดนตรี เพื่อใช้เป็นสารตั้งต้นแห่งแรงบันดาลใจ ในการสร้างผลงานทางศิลปะเพื่อแสดงออกถึงอารมณ์ ความรู้สึก และความคิดเกี่ยวกับเสียงดนตรีนั้น ๆ กิจกรรมนี้ต้องการสร้างการเรียนรู้ในแบบ project-based คือการที่ให้เยาวชนได้เป็นเจ้าของโครงการศิลปะ ได้ทดลองแนวคิด ตัดสินใจ และเกิดความภาคภูมิใจในความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของตนเอง

ส่งผลงานภายในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2568 ลุ้นได้รับคัดเลือกการจัดแสดงผลงานศิลปะที่หอศิลป์กรุงเทพ ระหว่างเทศกาลดนตรีเพื่อการเรียนรู้ 31 กรกฎาคม - 10 สิงหาคม 2568

Join 11 other young pianists in a unique collaborative performance on six pianos, featuring an original piece composed especially for this event by renowned composer and educator Nicholas Keyworth.

Spend two days making new friends, sharpening your listening and ensemble skills, and rehearsing in a fun workshop—then step into the spotlight and bring this brand-new music to life in its world debut!

Details:
• Suitable for young pianists from Grade 1 to Grade 6.
• Selected participants will receive their individual musical parts to practice independently over a three-week period. Following this preparation phase, they attend an intensive one-and-a-half-day workshop where they collaborate with fellow pianists to develop ensemble skills, work with a conductor to integrate their parts into a cohesive performance, and prepare for a public concert.
• All participants will receive a World Premiere Performer certificate to commemorate their contribution.
• The project is limited to only 12 participants.

พบเพื่อนใหม่ในเวิร์กชอปสองวัน ฝึกฝนทักษะการฟัง การทำงานร่วมกับนักดนตรีคนอื่นและวาทยกร และพัฒนา ensemble skills ก่อนขึ้นเวทีคอนเสิร์ต ณ หอศิลป์กรุงเทพ เพื่อนำบทเพลงนี้ไปสู่สาธารณะเป็นครั้งแรกของโลก

รายละเอียด:
• เหมาะสำหรับนักเปียโนเยาวชนระดับเกรด 1 ถึง เกรด 6
• ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมจะได้รับโน้ตเพลงพาร์ทของตนเองเพื่อนำไปฝึกฝนที่บ้านเป็นเวลาประมาณ 3 สัปดาห์ หลังจากนั้นเข้าร่วมเวิร์กชอปเพื่อพบกับเพื่อนนักเปียโน และทำงานร่วมกับวาทยกร เพื่อฝึกฝนทักษะ ensemble และเตรียมแสดงบทเพลง
