tricollegeicon.jpg As a leading international examinations board in the performing and communicative arts, Trinity College London provides clients around the world with appropriate, reliable and recognised personal assessments conducted by qualified examiners. Trinity is committed to continuous improvement and innovation for the benefit of candidates, teachers and partner institutions. Trinity is a non-profit-making organisation which uses surplus income to support the development and appreciation of skills in Music, Drama & Speech and English Language.

For those interested in the early days of Trinity, the story starts in 1877 when Trinity College of Music started to offer external practical examinations in Music. Since then Trinity has expanded and now asseses Drama & Speech and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). By 1992, the External Examinations Department had grown so large that it became a separate organisation in its own right known as Trinity College London. Trinity is recognised by the UK Qualifications & Curriculum Authority as an independent award-giving body.

trinityguildhallicon.jpgThe Guildhall School of Music & Drama is acknowledged as a leading internaitonal conservatorie for both music and drama. It is owned and funded by the Corporation of London that, with the Government and the BBC, ranks among the most generous sponsors of the arts in Britain. The Guildhall School has offered external examinations in Music and Speech Communiation Arts for over a hundred years. In 2004, Trinity amalgamated with Guildhall Examinations to provide enhanced Trinity Guildhall examinations in Music, Drama, Dance and Speech in the UK and over 50 countries worlwide.

rockschoolicon.jpg Rockschool was set up in 1991 to bring the best in pop and rock into mainstream education by providing exams, publications, advice and support to teachers and educational bodies. Rockschool continually expands its activities by creating partnerships and developing new qualifications and operates in 18 countries outside the UK.
